Downloading the Software: If you are downloading the software, please disable your anti-virus software, especially PCMatic, Norton and/or AVG as these may block the download. You will be given the option of saving the software to a file or running the software. We suggest you run the software as this will start the install wizard. If you save the software you will have to locate the file in which you saved it and then run the executable file.
